The Black Hawk County Landfill is located at 1509 East Washburn Road, just outside of Waterloo, 1 mile south of Hawkeye Community College.

All loads must be 100% tarped, tied down and secured in all areas (or additional fees will apply).
Children and pets must remain in vehicle.
Materials must be separated.
All vehicles must weigh in before dumping.
All vehicles must weigh out before leaving.
