The Black Hawk County Solid Waste Management Commission is pleased to subsidize a backyard compost bin sale during the Energy and Environmental Fair. In addition to compost bins, Norseman Environmental Products will also be bringing rain barrels. The sale will take place rain or shine. No pre-orders. Payment types accepted include: personal check, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover cards.
